I am delighted to have qualified as a Mind Detox Master Practitioner, trained by best-selling author Sandy C. Newbigging, the creator of Mind Detox, Mind Calm and Body Calm meditation, as well as being a mind-body connection expert.
Mind Detox is a powerful method for discovering and resolving the root causes of chronic conditions, emotional issues and life problems.
By working on the root cause of the issue rather than the symptoms and are therefore able to release, let go and move on. It is an amazingly effective method for enjoying true health, love and happiness for life.
The mind and the body are connected! For example, when you feel embarrassed your face may blush. This emotional state (embarrassment) causes a physical reaction (the blush). In the same way, many people experience physical illness through blocked emotions. By changing your beliefs or the conclusions you have come to, you can release yourself from physical conditions and life problems.
When you detox your mind and reconnect with your inner peace and happiness, miracles can happen. It can help resolve health problems, relationship difficulties, career, financial and family stresses can frequently subside. Fear and anxiety regularly evaporates along with the massive amount of effort you’ve been habitually engaged in trying to fix, change and improve things. You develop a more relaxed, stress-free and healthy body and mind.
